New change? iPhone 7

This app used to be great, but now it wont let me sign in. Keeps saying there is a system error. :-( Please fix!

Used to Work

App used to work great. But now you cant login using Touch ID. Then takes several tries using password. Please fix.

Quick login not working

I have to sign in the long way every time because the PIN number does not work as it did before the update and there is no way to update the app with it.

Lots of access

I like the app so far. Easy assess and up to date account information. Quick method to check accounts.

Easy sign in failure and late transactions

The app is good for my iPhone 7 just a few tweaks needs to be adjusted for easy sign it because its always "temporarily disables" and im tired of entering my password, then declined and have to enter my username.. 3 stars and i request customer service.

Problems with iOS 10.0.2!

Im having problems with logging on with the four digit passcode, I was very happy logging into my accounts this way but now I have to type a username and password every time. Im very sad because it takes too much time to log in the new way versus the previous way. Please fix the problem and bring back the pass key login option. Even after I log in with full username/password I have to go to other options such as Home or Deposit from main menu to view Accounts. Im sad sad sad :-( but hopeful the problem is fixed.

It wont let me deposit more than one check

I like the app, it has some flaws, but after the update, I can only deposit one check at a time, then it crashes and I have to log back in. This is frustrating if your depositing 30+ checks. Please fix. Thanks

Buggy

The Touch ID constantly pops up. And then the Touch ID doesnt work. Please fix

Cant even log in any more

This has been a good app, but as another reviewer has mentioned, easy sign-in hasnt been working for weeks. It will glitch out and make you force close the app before typing in your whole username and password again. After this most recent update, you cant even do that. An "unexpected error" always occurs when trying to log in--even the painstaking way. As another reviewer commented, you need to fix basic functionality before adding new features.

No easy access

Cant stand having to use my full password to login every time I use this app...

Its ok but needs improvement

The only complaint I have its that the app tends to crash frequently. The security seems legit. I have not experienced anything(so far) to makes me think otherwise. So please Navy Federal/ app developer improve this app!

Fine until recent update

This app was great up until the recent updates. Now, whenever I attempt to deposit a check via the iPad app, it crashes either right before or after I take a pic of the check. The iPhone version seems to be stable, but not the iPad version. Please fix as this is a critical feature for my business account!

Life made simpler

I love this mobile app! It frees so much of my time up, rather then standing in a long line at the bank. Thank you NFCU!

Cant log in

I can no longer log into my app. This is a really big inconvenience now that I can only call. Im no where near a nfcu location. Please fix immediately.

Loopholes

I still write a fair amount of checks for various reasons. One check that I wrote a month ago recently cleared. But, it had been so long since NFCU wrote the check (thru web bill pay) that I could remember to which company the check was written. When I went to the app, I could neither see the check nor see to which company the check had been written. The app does not include a feature to be able to view the check, but the web browser does. The app should include the same feature as the webpage has, which includes the ability to see the checks that have been cashed. A second loophole is: when NFCU writes these checks from Web Bill Pay the checks dont show up on Bill Pay until theyre cashed. If the company doesnt cash these checks for months down the road, then it can really mess up the accounting. Please close these two gaping loopholes.
