Wonderful!

Never have had a problem with using this app for the couple years Ive had it. Every check Ive cashed via the phone have gone through without a hitch. Im surprised that this app has gotten such a low rating. Hmmm

Login doesnt work!!!

Not sure how they updated the app and made it worse, but now you cant auto login with your fingerprint. The remember me feature does not work correctly and hasnt for weeks.. :(

Login Fail

With the new update I cant get into my account from my phone anymore! Fix this app I use it all the time!

Terrible update

This new update continually says it is unable to connect and when I am able to connect it will not complete transfers. I also miss some of the features the previous version had such as the loan estimator and the tip calculator.

Very Annoying!

This app frustrates me the most I swear! It logs me out constantly and keeps telling me my password is incorrect. They need to fix it.

App wont update or delete - stuck in limbo

For weeks now, the app has failed to fully update, displaying as shaded dark w/ "waiting" in lieu of app title. Tried deleting it w/ hopes of reinstalling to mitigate app failure; but it wont delete. NFCU, fix your app!!!!

App Login

The issue I am having is with logging in with the remember me. It wont remember anything, touchID, passcode, password. Keeps giving me the invalid login credentials message and I have to uninstall and then reinstall the app. This happens at least once a week. Would appreciate a fix for this issue. Thank you.

Auto pic

I hate the new feature that automatically snaps the picture of your check when you are making a deposit. It gives no time for the camera to focus. Please give us the option to opt out of this. Love the app otherwise.

Great Banking

I find this app and its features are great for me.

Crashes and Technical Difficulties

Keeps crashing and saying technical difficulties. Paid the full balance on my navy fed credit card of 375. It charged me twice. So more than $700 taken out of my account. And they cant refund it until it posts. Awesome. Then tried to deposit a check and it keeps saying try again later. This is annoying.

Crap

The old app was better. I particularly hate how the photo capture part (for deposits) doesn’t work as well. Deposits have become much more frustrating.

One step forward two steps back

I used to love this app fluid and flawless. That is until the update. I can no longer sign in using the finger print reader. And the remember me does not work. Would otherwise get a 5 star but the update screwed that up.

Cant Deposit

Horrible update to the app. Now when trying to make a deposit the app controls when the camera takes the picture, and its always blurry because the app doesnt give the camera enough time to focus. I have been a member since the 90s, but will have to close my account and go elsewhere because I dont have a branch local to me to make deposits. This is absolutely terrible, and the inconvenience I now face is great. I am going to have to open an account at a local place, change all my bill pay information for the new account, update direct deposit, wait on debit cards to arrive, and link other accounts to the new account at the new financial institution. Whoever came up with the idea for the app to control the camera needs to lose their job and go into a different industry as they clearly have no concept of developing a platform with functionality and the user in mind. Whoever beta tested this and gave approval for quality assurance also needs to be fired, as they clearly either werent sober when they approved it or never tested this feature. I expect much better from you NFCU. Will probably go over to USAA or Marine Federal.

Photo deposit feature needs work

The latest update includes an enhancement to the "Photo Deposit" feature where the app centers the check image and automatically takes the picture. Great in theory, but often unworkable in real use. The app doesnt allow the camera time to properly auto-focus on the check image and the front side with the amounts and ACH routing data is frequently out of focus. Even with the camera flash enabled, it doesnt use the preliminary illumination focus feature to ensure proper legibility, so without good focus the check gets a blurred image and the deposit is rejected either right away by the app, or later by the processor as illegible. It also doesnt alway auto-crop the image taken, so you end up with a partial cut-off picture. Yes, you can disable the option to go back to manual mode but that has its own flaws. Most of my deposits are laser printed checks, so its not like it has to decipher hand-writing. In manual mode, I usually get a good image 90% of the time for submission. The new auto-pic feature, not so much. I had to re-take a picture of a recent check 9 times using auto-pic before it finally got one good enough to use. Other features of the app are well thought out and useable. One enhancement suggestion for future development: when the Bill-Pay notification comes up that a new bill has arrived, it would be nice to see the actually PDF of the bill for review instead of just the balance, due date, and minimum payment due.

Slow to fix problems

The app is ok, but there are issues that havent been fixed since I downloaded the app 3 years ago.

Technical difficulties

I cant even use this app because of the technical difficulties! Its so frustrating, especially since its a banking app. I can never get past logging in. The Touch ID never works correctly and then I end up getting the access number and password screen I dont know my access number by heart so I have to close and reopen the app several times when this happens

Remember me not?

I loved using this app... Until the last update that is. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app multiple times thinking that it was my phone. Come to find out, its happening to everyone. Please fix this ASAP! The remember me button does nothing, can no longer sign in with my prints and having to remember and type in your ID number every single time you need or want to check something with your account is ridiculous.

Cant sign in and Deposits Dont Work!

Update: Now making deposits is worse. The auto picture is a bad idea and doesnt work well. I end up taking ten or so pictures of the check to get it right. Review: This error comes up: "Uh Oh! We are having trouble connecting to your device..." This is happening on my iPhone and iPad. So, it looks like your app is broken. Please fix!
