Like a few others I am having a problem with unexpected closing of App while trying to make deposits on IPhone. I can seldom make more than one at a time! Problem started a few weeks ago.

Smooth operating app. User-friendly indexed. Easy to use Bill Pay program. If there was anything I wish was different, was when a Bill Pay payment was processed and a check number is listed in the register, the payee is not identified. The check is also unable to be viewed unless you leave the app and go to the web version. Over all "5" stars on the overall app use and appearance.

Usually works great and comes in handy and is extremely convenient but like 30% of the time it doesnt let me log in??? Fix that please

It was doing good and now it doesnt work. It keeps saying its unavailable to login

I have the iPhone 7 and prior to this I had the Samsung galaxy. This app always worked for me but when I switched it only worked for 2 days. Now I only get the "experiencing technical difficulties" notice after putting in login information. This began right after I changed my username from my access number to a unique username. Please help!!!

and I still love it! Ive also had this app since it first became available. Ive had it on Droids and on iPhones. It has always worked great for me.

The app is okay when viewing account balances and info, but crashes every time I attempt to deposit a check via mobile deposit. Frustrating.

Is it possible to add a "sign out" button on the accounts page? Having to hit back multiple times or go back to the home menu is annoying.

Crashes when attempting to pay credit card or loans down. Can successfully transfer money though.

When the app works, it is very useful! But it seems to not be working A LOT lately. Very inconvenient.

This app wont allow me to open my acount!

Anytime I get on my app it has me logged out. I have to retype in everything just to check my account. Its really frustrating when Im just trying to look at something really quick & I have to go through a lot of extra steps. Other than that I love the app.

The app doesnt show up on my phone after I re-downloaded it. I deleted the app before the most recent update to make room on my phone for pictures. After I downloaded it again however, the app itself doesnt show up on my phone and Im forced to go to the App Store and open it every time I need to use it. What gives?

The new update has messed up the ability to deposit. Keeps saying that its not legible. Never had problem before till now.

You cant pay more than 99.00 on iPhone 6. If you try to put in a fifth digit the app resets your amount to 0.00 and the keyboard wont stay on the numeric part. After each number you enter, it switches back to the lettered part. Please update compatibility.

Cant use this app to make deposits because the whole app hangs on the governing laws agreement. The main reason I got this app was to be able to deposit checks. From other reviews, it appears there are numerous other problems with the deposit feature once you can actually access. NFCC needs to fix this badly.

Remember me and fingerprint does not work which is extremely irritating!

I like the fact that the Touch ID is available on this version of the app, but after maybe an hour, I have to fully sign back in with a password and everything. The version I had before with my old iPhone worked better than this.

App works while in it. However, upon exiting, it seems to forget anything about the user, even when you said to remember. I expected the same experience as I received from American Express, sign in with fingerprint and notifications, but get neither.
