The main purpose of this app would be to check your balances, make transfers, credit card payments.....all fine if you have an iPhone. If you have an iPod touch or a Wi-Fi iPad the App is nothing more than an advertisement platform for rates and contact information. Once installed you are referred back to the Navy Fed webpage to setup mobile. This requires a verified mobile number with no options for Wi-Fi use. It is what is is....but the App Store download page states that it is iPod touch comparable and since there are no cell numbers for any type of iPod touch this is wrong. (Needs to clarify 3G iPad only comparability as well) Maybe one day they will make a change. At that point Ill give it a 5. Sent from my disrespected iPad Wi-Fi.

Very Bad worst part is they ask security questions they dont know the answers to then lock you out its worthless

I love this app! It makes all my bank transcriptions easier. I can see all my accounts anytime, make deposits to other members or other banks, I can deposit a check just by taking a picture of it. I would recommend this app for everybody that has a NFCU active account

Whats the point of having the thumbprint sign in if it never works ??

First of all the app fails to log in using touch ID occasionally. It works most of the time. And it will only activate your card in Apple pay for the phone not the watch. You still need to call in for the watch

Delete and reinstall the app. It fixed my log in issues with my finger print setting

Who broke this app??? It no longer accepts my finger print log-in and then takes me 10 or more attempts using the same 4 digit pin to log-in. Its so annoying. I used to log in within seconds and now it takes several minutes. Its easier to open safari, type in the website, and log in using the mobile site than it is using this freaking app. Update it and if you fix it, Ill change my rating. Until then, I wont be using this app anymore.

The app never lets you log in correctly with Touch ID no the passcode you have to close everything just to get it to work right navy federal can do better then this!!

Had it installed and then didnt let me update so I deleted it and now I cant even download it smh

I saw some people make comments about the app not working well on iOS or iOS 10. I have used this app since iOS 9,2 with no issues. I am running the latest iOS. It works well on Touch ID and I can do everything I need so far and easily track my accounts or transfer funds. Perhaps the customers can reach out to NFCU if they still have issues with the app or see if they have the same issues on a different device. And no I dont work for NFCU, just a long time customer and a fan of the app. Thanks.

The app has great features. But crashes WAY too much, as well as "unexpected errors" causing me to not be able to log into my account for sometimes days! And to top it off once Ive put an "incorrect password" in twice (actually correct password) it locks my account for 12 hours and even Navy fed itself cant unlock it. Fix this F****** app, it used to be something good, but not anymore!

I really love this app. I havent had any problems with logging in and all sign-in options are working properly. Easy to use and very convenient. Thanks.

I have been using this app for two years on my iPhone and havent ever had any issues with it. After reading some of the reviews I turned on my thumbprint logon, it worked Great without any problems.

When I try to enable TouchID, I get trapped in an enabling this device screen. Cant setup TouchID so youll need to enter your full username and password every time you use the app.

Seriously flawed app. Much higher chance of locking your account than actually accessing it. Was a good app once upon a time, but the prince is gone, the coach is again a pumpkin and the girl is going away on a broomstick.

Unfortunately, not so great but its the quickest way to access my funds so I put up with it.

Overall, its a great app. But just recently after I got my new phone and signed in, it wont let me enable Touch ID and I always have to type in my username and password. Even in the settings when I try to enable it, it says its having technical difficulties and gives me a reference code. Not happy about this at all. I used to just have to give my fingerprint and itd open but now it takes longer to load my information after typing it all in. Very disappointing.
