Navy Federal Credit Union App Reviews

I can transfer to all my accounts using this app but cannot transfer to Line of Credit. While in the Line of Credit account the app crashes when I tap the "Make Payment" button. When Im in the Transfer part of the app the transfer to "Line of credit" option is not even present at all. I have reinstalled and updated but to no avail. Does anyone else experienced this problem? All of the other features seem to work. My touch ID works great. My "remember me" feature works great. Thanks

The new update took away the fingerprint feature on my app...uuuuggghhh! Frustrating!!

This current version is awkward to navigate around, and is missing some of the features that the previous version had that made it a delight to use. The easy sign in screen is missing. Remember me is missing. This version does not give you confirmation that electronic deposits have been made successfully, like the previous version. I do not recommend updating to this version, if you have the last one.

I love the app. The developers keep making it better and better with each release. Every so often theres a small hiccup but it doesnt do anything to take away my appreciation for its usefulness. In the rare cases Ive had an issue its just taken a quick phone call to Navy Federal to fix it.

Auto capture has taken a simple task and made it very difficult. The photos of the checks are blurred and the system rejects them. Before, I could snap a photo once it was in focus. Now, the auto capture just grabs the image once it senses something in frame. At the very least give us the option to disable. Removing it all together isnt a bad idea either.

The mobile deposit feature used to work great for me, but for the past few months, it hasnt let me deposit a check no matter how many times I retake the photos in perfect lighting. Super frustrating! Please fix this!

The auto check capture feature makes depositing checks so much easier. No more holding the phone until you get the check in focus and then take to pic to realize you moved the phone slightly and the pic is out of focus. Thank you for the new feature.

Doesnt work and never has. Other than that the app is pretty cool. Just wish remember would work . Im so tired of tying my information .

The auto capture feature is a step backwards. When I try to take a picture it vibrates right as it snaps it which leads to blurry pictures. Also, it takes a picture of half the check even though I took a pic of the full check. Finally, when I turn the auto capture off and take a picture of the check, it shifts the picture upwards which cuts off some of the picture. Please fix these problems.

So I have the updated app and it wont even let me sign in, the following message keeps popping up top "app error try again later" I thought it maybe was just for a day and its the third day in a row so far.

App use to be very good. With most recent update I am no longer able to deposit checks. App auto crops checks and is cutting routing and account numbers. App is now worthless.

This app has gone from bad to worse. After their update it started auto-capturing my checks for deposit, but they kept coming out blurry, thus making it impossible to approve deposits (isnt the point to avoid the bank?). I am unable to access my messages, I am do not receive notifications (i.e.- deposits, refunds) that I approved to get. The only thing I can do is transfer money between my accounts. I can use my web browser for that as well. Get it together NFCU and keep up with the times!

Fix the log in / remember me issue. I can no longer log in with fingerprints and in order to use my password have to log it completely and use access number.

The eDeposit on this app is useless it never works. So frustrating please fix it.

Please get rid of the little "elves" that are attempting to take the picture. I had no issues taking deposit pictures prior, now 6x to get it right. Please dump this new feature.

.....it isnt refreshing to let me know my true balance. Sometimes it works Great, the. Other times its like what the heck.

Love the UI, Touch ID access and I am able to see all accounts. Very easy to make deposits, check balances, pay bills, etc. No complaints.

I loved this app until the recent update. Making a deposit is a frustrating mess. I dont have a branch nearby! Fix the bugs.

Its just basic banking app which is fine but my "remember me" doesnt work so I can never get my finger print to work. Other than that I think its alright.
