Navy Federal Credit Union App Reviews

This App used to be 5 stars but now its useless because it doesnt remember my account information so I have to manually enter everything every time I want to use it. The year is 2016 and iPhones have fingerprint recognition for a reason Navy Federal!

The app is very easy to use and loads fast. I have had no bad thoughts or moments with it!

Apps should becoming better and better but this app gets worse every time. Finger print reading always fails!!! Its the only app that my print doesnt work on! FIX IT!!!

When launching app the Touch ID sign in almost never works on the first try. Once it times out I have to tap the sign in button at bottom of screen, tap the fingerprint icon, and then the Touch ID works. Also this app does not work well with 3rd party keyboards ie Swype. When I am trying to make a payment and I go to enter numeric values the field constantly resets back to $0.00 after each entry. If I type in 1 and then a 2 the field resets to zero. I cant ever get past two digits! Basically I cant make any payments on here because I cant enter an consecutive numeric values. I have to log in using my phones web browser to make a payment..kind of defeats the purpose of having an app with touch ID. Very inconvenient!

There are so many bugs

I can check my balance and transactions daily. I like the mobile deposit feature. The downfalls are that recurring payments need to be set up on a computer. The tip calculator is not available anymore and I loved that thing. It would round up for me, which I do all the time. My daughter has a Buxx card. It would be nice to load it from this app.
